Welcome to Purgatory Detective Sam Driscoll
“The Lady in the Rug “Loren’s Vindication”
Sam Driscoll was admitted to the Bennington General Hospital the day of the incident. The EMT’s were the first callers after it was reported that a man was lying unconscious along side of Tibet’s Hall next too a large oak tree in the Valley of the Owls.
Sam spent the next three days in a semi-unconscious state. When he awoke, Detective Sam Driscoll was confused as to how he ended up in a
hospital having not remembered all of the events that had transpired that morning. Sam spent about a week undergoing extensive testing and treatment. It appeared to the doctors that Sam was in a state of hyperactive shock caused by unknown forces and or events that nobody was aware of other than Sam himself! Sam kept repeating the words Kojaba and Loren in his sleep as if it was a crucial factor for maintaining his sanity! Doctor John Edwards came into Sam’s room for a daily check and see how he was doing. The only visible signs of the confrontation with Loren were two small what appeared to be lighting bolts imprinted on both temples.
Sam then quizzed the Doctor and others that might have any information regarding Erin. Sam was questioning the doctor about Erin hanging himself, the doctor looked puzzled and asked Sam what he was talking about? The only person that was at the school that morning was you Sam! When the paramedics arrived, you were laying unconscious and unresponsive. The only other person that was there was the individual that reported the incident to 911 the Doctor replied.
The following day the Chief of Police from Bennington stopped in for a visit. He asked Sam what had happened and wanted some answers. Sam told him the story as viewed by Sam’s eyes only. I was there and I saw Erin after he had hung himself in the early morning hours. I do not know why, but he wanted me to see him after he had already hung himself for whatever reasons that he had!
Sam, listen to me the chief replied, Erin was found dead the day you are talking about but he died in his own house in Deerfield, Massachusetts. He was sitting in his favorite high back chair staring at a rug as if he knew what he was looking at! He died from apparent cardiac arrest. The chief looked at Sam with uncertainty not knowing what to think and or believe. Sam, nobody other than yourself was at the school that morning!
Sam was released from the hospital the following week and returned to his humble home that he had been residing in for the past 15years. After reflecting on the past few weeks and putting things into true perspective, Sam went to his police station where he had worked for the past 18 years to say hello to all and that he would be returning back to work the following Monday. The chief thought that it would be in the best interest of Sam and the department for him to take some more time off and have some consulting from the department psychologist. Sam agreed. Sam knew that he would be further investigating the case on his own, as he did with the past cases of the vanishing/disappearing people! After all, Sam did have a history with Erin that went back quite awhile starting with the first case involving Priscilla Delaney and her
family!
Monday morning Detective Sam Driscoll went to Erin’s house to start his own investigation not knowing what drama and intrigue he was about to be cast into! Loren the Lady in the Rug was already within him. Sitting back and waiting patiently observing from within Sam’s mind, soul, spirit waiting for the proper time to say Hello Detective Sam Driscoll in a manner that he would not forget throughout his lifetime.
Sam arrived at Erin’s home and proceeded inside the house. He visually checked out the surroundings as he did when he first arrived there many years ago. Everything looked pretty much the same as it did back then. Sam sat in the same high back chair that the chief of police said that Erin was sitting in at the time of his unfortunate demise. As Sam sat in the chair, he realized that what he had seen at the school was what he had seen before. The image of Loren with those glowing amber eyes, but then he did not know if it a dream or reality! Right in this living room with an image of Loren, the Lady in the Rug as Erin had described her. Sam then remembered the whole encounter with Erin, yes Erin he did hang himself, yes Erin did send Sam all the information he required to have that dawn encounter. The image of Loren hanging around the waist of Erin. The first lighting bolt making contact with and on Sam’s forehead. Loren the Lady in the Rug was there along with Sam and Erin. Erin did hang himself from that oak tree. He vaigly remembered the second lighting bolt making contact and nothing after that! The image of the Lady in the Rug was intact on the carpet and in full view. Sam saw it for the third time. The first time was with Erin and Carol when he confronted Erin regarding the missing/vanishing people, the second time at the school after Erin had hung himself and the third time right now looking down at it from the high back chair that he was sitting in. As Sam looked closer, he could see the image of Loren the Lady in the Rug clearly as clearly as Erin had viewed her for many years. He started to understand Erin a little better, as he continued staring at Loren. Yes, Erin had become very disillusioned and had not even realized it! Sam remembered looking into the eyes of the Lady in the Rug and becoming fully mesmerized as he continued staring into those glowing amber eyes. Loren had gained total control over Sam and Erin that dawn morning without them having any awareness of it! At that point, the Lady in the Rug had total control.
As Sam was staring down at Loren, he heard from within his head hello Sam! I want you to remember these words: KoJaba – “The Art of Black Magic Where Evil Sometimes Favors Those of Pure Heart, Spirit and Soul”. Sam, remember the word “sometimes” because it is going to have a major impact upon your dear life! I am within you and shall be until your death. Yes, Sam, this is real but not as you construe what is actually realty is. So, as I said before LET’S HAVE SOME FUN Detective Sam Driscoll. Sam wasn’t sure what to think about what had just transpired. Who would believe him and not commit him? Sam knew that his facilities were intact but he felt that the general populace would believe him to be going insane, as Erin had done.
Sam called the psychologist as he thought it would be in his best interest. An appointment was set up for the following Monday, none to soon for Sam. Doctor Patricia Harlan was the psychologist who was employed by the Deerfield Police Department and came highly recommended. Although the intent was there, the meeting never came about due to the events that Detective Sam Driscoll was about to experience!
That evening Sam was sitting in his lounge chair a chair that he had had for the past twelve years. A chair that Sam felt comfortable and secure in. Once again, out of nowhere the voice of Loren suddenly was there in a loud but commanding nature. Sam, you and all the others were under the assumption that all those people had been murdered and or something sinister had happened to them. Well, Sam they are all alive but they have been relocated is one way of putting it. By using my powers of witchcraft and sorcery, I have relocated and transformed mostly all of the missing/vanishing individual’s personalities into those of pure sociopath/ psychopath tendencies. So Sam, starting with Priscilla and then in sequence you will have to try and save those individuals from any harm that they would cause to the themselves, the ones they love and or didn’t even know! This is a test Detective Sam Driscoll to prove your capabilities of being a great detective, if not people will die! It would be in your best interest to keep this to yourself, fully knowing that no one would believe you other than poor Erin who he is no longer with us. Sam awoke the following morning still sitting in his chair. He remembered all that happened the previous evening.
Priscilla Delaney
Whether Sam believed Loren, the Lady in the Rug or not, he did not know, but did not want to find out the hard way, causing someone to die or be harmed if it could have been prevented. The final words that Loren spoke were Sam solve the cases of the missing/vanishing people and then I possible might exit you mind, spirit and soul. If not then we will be spending a lifetime together, for my lifetime Detective Sam Driscoll is much longer than yours being that I am immortal!
Sam not knowing what his next move would be decided to go out and get some breakfast at his favorite restaurant!
Priscilla would be about 35 years old if Loren had been telling the truth. Where she was now was what Sam had to find out! What new mysteries are to be unraveled in this sick quest that has been placed upon Detective Sam Driscoll by Loren the Lady in the Rug to regain his life back as he once knew it!
By nightfall, Sam was totally exhausted and turned in for the night. Erin appeared in Sam’s dream and enlightened him to a few facts that would be of crucial value in savings his life, others and solving the mysteries of the missing/vanishing people.
Erin reflected on two facts. The first and most important was making contact with Zeta the Fortune Teller in discovering the only way of destroying Loren the Lady in the Rug whose main purpose was to cause pain, destruction and hardships for so many people. The second is to remember the word Zagora in finding the missing/vanishing people. Zagora will be the key response to let you know that you have actually made contact with the true desired individuals. Zagora will be their first and last initial response to you. May the lord be with you Detective Sam Driscoll! Sam awoke the following morning fully remembering his encounter with Erin.
Sam’s first task was investigating the unknown whereabouts of Priscilla Delaney and her family. Unknown forces, unknown location, alive but where had she been transported too? Sam could only think of possibly using the telephone directory. A long shot but what harm could it do! His search for the first of the missing/vanishing person! The quest had begun and which direction it would take would depend on Detective Sam Driscoll and Sam Driscoll alone. Sam put in a nation wide search using the database at the police department that he had access too. For any phone numbers, address, web pages, history of including police records, all and anything relating to a person name Priscilla Delaney. After two weeks of intensive searching, Sam was not any closer than he was when he started. Sam felt that Loren the Lady in the Rug was sitting back just laughing at him. He could feel her within him and was not able to do anything about it right now. Sam felt trapped with this evil force within him. Sam was not sure, if Loren could read his thoughts or if she had limited powers within him!
From nowhere, a voice came from within him to call 1-666-666-666 and you will be closer to the location of Priscilla Delaney. Where the voice came from and whom it was from was something, that Sam would discover several months later! Sam called that number later in the evening, waited for someone to answer and respond. To Sam’s amazement, he heard the word that he assumed that he would never hear Zagora in a loud factual tone! Sam realized at that precise moment that this whole scenario was in fact truly happening!
Sam used the police data center and a friend of his on the force to trace the call to get an actual address. Detective Sam Driscoll was now on the prowl. Sam was heading to Albuquerque, New Mexico to investigate Priscilla Delaney to find out what evil doing that she might be up to or planning. Upon arriving and getting his bearings, Sam rented a hotel room to serve as his headquarters. The following morning Detective Sam Driscoll started his stakeout of Priscilla. She lived in a moderately priced house in a decent neighborhood. It appeared to Sam that she lived there alone. What might she be up to and what could she being planning? Only a hunch, Sam knew if something was going to happen it was going to happen very soon! Sam followed Priscilla for the next couple of days, mapping out where she had gone and whom she had seen. Nothing to eventful except for a couple of different stops at automotive stores. Nothing out of the ordinary except that Priscilla did not fit the part of playing an auto mechanic! The only thing Sam noticed that did not make sense was that the automotive stores were located quite a few towns away from where she lived! Odd thought Sam.
That morning while Priscilla parents were traveling to the nearby shopping mall they were in a car crash and both parents were killed. The police who were investigating the crime scene came up with no factual conclusions other than it looked suspicious. As Sam was heading back to Albuquerque, he pulled into a convenience store after noticing Priscilla car in the parking lot. She was talking to a shady looking character in Sam’s opinion. Laughing and smiling all the way. It was obvious that she had no clue of what had just happened to her parents or did she? The following day Sam read the notice in the obituaries. Strange though, there was no real mention of Priscilla and that bothered Sam. They could have been an estranged family with the parents cutting off Priscilla or visa versa. Something for Sam to figure out in the next couple of days. Whether that was important or not would be determined later, Sam was tired and wanted to go home!
Sam recalled an old acquaintance of another police officer back at home. Sam made some calls the following afternoon and was given the telephone number of who turned out to be insurance fraud investigator. What a pleasant surprise for Sam!
That morning Sam went to the police station to try to find out more about the accident that took Priscilla’s parents lives. The department could only tell him that up to this point it is viewed as an unfortunate incident. Sam contacted the insurance investigator and asked him if he could do an investigation of Priscilla Delaney. Sam told Dick Rogers the story of Priscilla Delaney and asked him for his help. Dick agreed and told Sam to call back in the evening and he would give him any information that he found. It turned out, Dick was a good investigative detective and gave assurance that he truly wanted to help Sam! Sam was delighted.
Sam called his newfound partner in crime to gather the information that he had requested. Though a continuing investigation of the crime scene and evidence compiled over the next two weeks it was determined by the Albuquerque, New Mexico Police Department to be a case homicide. With the help of Detective Sam Driscoll and Investigator Dick Rogers it was also determined that Priscilla’s parents died by premeditated murder in an automobile accident that was set up by Priscilla but organized by her low life accompliance Chad McFilligan whom Sam had seen at the convenience store days prior with Priscilla. The suspect was identified as Chad McFilligan a low life unemployed alcoholic whom Priscilla had hired to aid her in the murder of her parents. He was caught and taken into custody charged with murder in the first degree. Chad later confessed to the crime of altering automobile parts that ultiminatly caused the crash.
Priscilla Delaney received a 20 year sentence with no chance for parole, she would never receive the $5,000,000.00 insurance claim from her parents nor the house and/or anything else except a long stay at prison! Her cohort received life in prison with no chance of parole.
Sam returned home the following week after finalizing all related matters regarding Priscilla Delaney. Loren the Lady in the Rug had not been heard from during the entire episode that Sam had just completed! He was surprised by that but sad that he was not able to have saved Priscilla and or her parents.
Detective Sam Driscoll arrived back at his home later that evening, tired but felt he had accomplished what he had set out to do.
John Jakes and Billy McCord
Dreamland came about for Sam and the only recollection that Sam had after waking up us that of John Jakes and Billy McCord. What evil deeds were they were involved in?
Welcome back Detective Sam Driscoll came from a voice within Sam’s head. Yes, Loren was back in full furry and relentless persistence in controlling Sam’s life. Remember John Jakes and Billy McCord, well Sam they are up to no good and will cause lots destruction unless you can intervene and prevent it. Hopefully doing a better job than you did protecting Priscilla Delaney and her parents Detective Sam Driscoll! So, Sam it is time to get up off your ass and start some investigative research into your buddies John Jakes and Billy McCord and find out what they are up to before it is to late as with the case of Pricilla and her parents.
Sam turned in for the night and was cast into dreamland once again not knowing who initiated it this time.
In a dream, 2:00 am in the morning when two men entered a convenience store in Des Moines, Iowa, held it up taking two hostages. Murdering the both of them and wounding several other people in their escape. Sam sees the whole episode as if he was their witnessing the actual event! That morning after waking up and organizing his thoughts Sam was not sure as to what to believe!
There was a knock at the door and Sam went to answer the calling. A familar face that he had not seen for some time, hello Carol! Carol had a baffled look upon her as if unknown forces had just visited her. Hello Sam said Carol we need to talk! Sam, listen, don’t talk and I will try to explain what is happening to me. I loved Erin very much and still do. Upon his death for whatever reasons, he and or something instilled me with psychic powers. I was the one who gave you the telephone number to call and locate Priscilla Delaney using the key word Zagora in contacting the missing/vanishing people. Sam, I am sorry that I didn’t get the number to you sooner, maybe if I had you could have saved her parents and Priscilla herself from those devastating events. I can help you in your pursuit in solving the cases of the missing/vanishing people before they harm anyone else. Trust me Sam, for Erin has been in my dreams and will continue to be until the cases are all solved. Then and only then will Erin, you and I will be freed of Loren the Lady in the Rug. She has been within my dreams too Sam. No, Sam she is not within my mind, spirit and soul as she is with you! Between you, Erin and I, we shall cast Loren the Lady in the Rug back to hell where she came from! Sam agreed with Carol and from that point, forth they would work as a team. Detective Sam Driscoll, Carol with her psychic abilities and Erin from beyond this world.
In the case of John Jakes and Billy McCord, will have to get started right away being that they are about to commit violent crimes against totally innocent people! Sam you call the same number as I gave you before, for whatever reasoning it will hopefully connect you with the right party and give you the right response. 1-666-666-6666 was given to me in a dream, I believe it was given to me from Erin to help us Detective Sam Driscoll, if not from Erin then I am not sure!
Sam told Carol about his dream but was not quite sure who the criminals were but had a feeling it was none other than John Jakes and Billy McCord. They fit the criminal profile of being nothing but extreme bullies and enjoyed the role that they were playing. The crime scene was in Des Moines, Iowa at a convenience store and that was a key factor. Sam and Carol sat around for a number of hours discussing various issues, but one of the key factors was Erin, and Carols love for him. They both fell asleep on the couch after an exhausting evening of reflections.
That morning, after some breakfast they looked at one another and said it was time to make a call to once again see if the were both going crazy or not!
Sam dialed the number 1-666-666-6666 and waited for an answer and response. After many rings and becoming impatient, the phone was answered with the response of Zagora in a loud and commanding male voice. Sam and Carol looked at one another and realized that they were not crazy and in fact had made contact with either John Jakes or Billy McCord.
The following morning they were on a flight to Des Moines, Iowa in search of John Jakes and Billy McCord in hopes of preventing the violent crimes that they were about to commit. Both John Jakes and Billy McCord would be approximately 35 years old the same age as Carol. Once arriving, Sam knew that they were looking for a convenience store similar to a 711 or Cumberland Farms style store, one story opening up to one large room where all the merchandise was.
Sam looked at Carol for help in identifying the store and location. Carol pondered at what Sam had asked her and only drew a blank. They rented a car and started traveling throughout the city. After several hours of searching, they were still uncertain of how the tale would unfold. They decided to stop at the local police station and try to get some assistance. Upon entering the police department Sam introduced himself to an officer who looked like he had some compassion and would be willing to help them. Sam and Carol explained their situation to the officer. We have no proof but we believe that a robbery is going to take place in the not to far future where two people will be possibly murdered and several other severely wounded! The robbery and murders will take place at a convenience store. I do not know when or where but it will be soon.
The police officer asked Sam and Carol for identification and other relevant info relating to who they were! Sam and Carol identified the assailants as possibly being John Jakes and Billy McCord and asked if they had any prior arrests. This might further persuade the officer to aid them in their search.
The officer could not release any information relating to John Jakes and Billy McCord because of standard police procedures. Sam and Carol felt good that they re-laid their information to the proper authorities in case something did happen.
Sam and Carol left the police station and headed on warding searching. Sam was thinking that it would be of great value if Carol could contact Erin and gather more information concerning when, where and time of this crime that was going to happen! After about two more hours of searching Sam suggested that they find a hotel for the night and get some rest continuing the search in the morning. They were heading to the outskirts of town not knowing where they were going but continued nonetheless. Carol fell asleep in the car as Sam continued the search. Sam and Carol discussed earlier in the day that they should be able to identify John Jakes and Billy McCord because they had known them in their earlier years and their looks shouldn’t have changed that much. Both of them lacked in the looks department and their personalities were as noted as something not to be readily desired.
Carol suddenly awoke in a startled frenzy and told Sam to turn at the next intersection. Sam startled by the sudden outburst followed Carol’s lead and turned as she had directed him too. About one half mile up the road Carol told Sam to pull into next store and that is where the crime was to happen as Erin re-laid to Carol while she was sleeping. It was getting dark as Sam and Carol arrived at the convenience store and pulled into the parking lot.
As they peered into the store things just did not look right. Sam pulled out his gun as they entered. Carol followed behind Sam as he had instructed her to do. As they entered the store, Sam saw the two robbers that resembled John Jakes and Billy McCord standing in front of the cash register with their guns pointed at the two clerks. The clerks looked very frightened but were fully cooperating with the robbers and doing as they were told. Sam took a few steps closer to the robbers, which distracted them into turning towards Sam and Carol. At that point, both the clerks dropped to their knees, hid behind the counter, and crawled out of sight. As John Jakes and Billy McCord stared at Sam and Carol, uncertainty came over their faces as they too were staring down the shaft of a revolver. Sam not knowing in the aftermath if it was a good idea or not told them to drop their weapons and drop to the ground! Both John Jakes and Billy McCord looked at Sam and Carol gave a devious smile that suited their personalities. They looked at each other as if they had no clue as what was about to happen, when Sam shot each one of them in the kneecap causing them to collapse to the floor as Sam anticipated! Carol, not knowing what possessed her rushed forward and kicked both of them in the head, bent down and recovered their guns as Sam was covering both of them with his gun. At that point, they could hear police sirens coming toward the store. One of the clerks had called 911 and informed them of a robbery that was in progress! The police arrived, cuffed, arrested John Jakes and Billy McCord, and booked them with robbery with intent to cause bodily harm and possession of illegal fire rams.
Sam and Carol followed the police back to the station. As they were leaving the convenience store Carol looked at Sam and said bye the way Sam, I have been taking self defense lessons for the bulk of my childhood and adult life, so don’t mess with me and started laughing Sam smiled and said job well done Carol. All the eyewitnesses that were in the convenience store collaborated with the story that Sam and Carol had. The original police officer that interviewed Sam and Carol apologized to them for not offering any assistance at that time.
Sam and Carol looked at one another, hugged and smiled as they were leaving the police station. They had accomplished what they set out to do, save the lives of the innocent people that they seen in their visions and dreams! Sam and Carol flew home the following day not sure of what had really happened!
John Jakes and Billy McCord were charged with attempted robbery, illegal use of handguns with both having prior police records ranging from theft, robbery, larceny and wanted in neighboring states for various misdeminor crimes. Both were imprisoned for 50 years without the chance of parole.
Donald Campbell
A dream came to Carol the following night involving Donald Campbell and Aunt Jenny. Donald was in extreme danger created by Jenny. Why, Carol was uncertain and did not know at this point! The dream was vivid but lacked detail. The point of it was that Donald was about to be harmed by Dear Aunt Jenny and her actions. Jenny had disappeared about the same time as Donald. The fact was that Jenny had turned into a total sociopath without anyone being aware of it!
That morning after the dream, Carol meet with Sam to inform him of her dream. They meet for breakfast but Sam was not prepared to hear what he was about to be told. Carol and Sam meet at the local favorite known for its breakfast. In light of the events, I feel that no matter how good the breakfast was it was not going to help the situation! Carol met Sam at about 9 o’clock that morning. After they settled in and ordered breakfast Carol looked at Sam with a not so happy face.
Sam, I had a dream last night that involved Erin’s father and someone called Aunt Jenny. They were on a boat sailing around the country with destinations unknown as far as I could tell. The sailing boat they were on was about 50 feet long with twin masts. A beautiful boat, one that I myself would not pass up traveling around in.
After Carol told Sam about her dream, Sam recalled a conversation regarding that issue with Erin. Erin figured that his father had good reasons for leaving and not just a spur of the moment thought. His mother was adjusting and still believed at that time that Donald would be coming back at some time, but he did not. He recalled hearing about Aunt Jenny but had no recall of her. Francis never mentioned her nor anyone else as a matter of fact. Erin had always recalled that the marriage between Donald and Francis was in good standing with no visible problems as far as Erin could see. Francis was very devastated, as she loved Donald very much. Erin had no idea why his father had left. He was saddened by the thought that his father, whom he loved very much decided to leave with this person Aunt Jenny. At that time and reflecting now, Carol often talked to Erin about his father and the devastation that it had caused to himself and his mother. There was little suspicion that his father was having an affair with Jenny or anyone else. If he was, he kept it well hidden. Nonetheless, Sam looked at Carol and asked her to continue telling him about the dream.
Carol continued and told Sam she had no idea but was going on a hunch that the two of them were sailing around near the Somali Coastline. The point, is that Erin’s father is in danger from Jenny and or someone/something else and help is needed Sam.
Sam looked at Carol and said that Loren the Lady in the Rug is responsible and that I know for a fact! She is going to be relentless until the cases of the missing/vanishing people are all resolved!
I have no responsibility to Donald and or Jenny so why should I really give a dam! Carol looked towards Sam and replied because I loved and still love Erin and you Sam are caught in the web of the Lady in the Rug, Erin and myself so there! If you want to be freed of this curse then follow the program Detective Sam Driscoll.
That night, Sam had a dream brought about by Erin he assumed. The dream showed Donald on his boat with Jenny holding a gun to his head surrounded by five modern day Somali pirates. Why, Sam did not know but he felt a responsibility to Erin and Carol to find out and possibly save Donald.
The following morning Sam visited his old police department to gather information on this woman called Aunt Jenny. After logging into the database, Sam found out the identity of Jenny. She came from a family with a lot of wealth and influence. Her parents had died and left Jenny with everything. A rich woman, no family and a sociopath makes for a grant combo of something waiting for a disaster!
Carol arrived later that day and Sam told her about his latest dream. Once again, for no apparent reasoning they called the same number 1-666-666-6666 and waited for a response. A man answered with a nervous tone after a number of rings, said the key word once again Zagora, and then hung up.
The following week Sam and Carol were off to Somali! The only problem was that they had no clue where Donald was and Sam counting on Carol with her psychic abilities thru Erin to gather that information!
Erin came through that night in Carol’s dream. They were given an approximate location as to where Donald was being held. To find the exact location would require Sam and Carol to be at the top of their game. To foil another plot set by the Lady in the Rug.
They arrived in Somali the next morning, got a hotel room to be used as their headquarters. That morning they scouted the area informing the authorities of what there intent was. The authorities were skeptical but somewhat corporative. Carol had fallen asleep while Sam was driving about. Where he was going, Sam as in the past did not have a clue! Carol abruptly awoke looking flustered and red in the face. Sam asked how she was doing also had a major concerned upon on his face! 70205 Dellington Drive in the industrial complex is our destination Sam. They were only about 1 hour from their destination. Sam continued driving while both of them were wondering what problems they might encounter once arriving at their location.
Fact: they knew that Donald was in trouble. Fact: they knew that Donald was being held against his will. Fact: they knew that Jenny was behind it all. Fact: they knew that about five modern day pirates were involved but WHY? As they approached their location, Sam told Carol to proceed with caution when they arrived. No quick moves and to think about what they would be doing for a bit before they acted it out! Carol closed her eyes for a second and was put into an instant trance. She came out of it a few minutes later and looked at Sam.
Jenny and the pirates are planning to highjack a large shipment of gold coming from England by sea. Donald did not want to have anything to do with it. He was going to expose the plot to the authorities when one of the pirates overheard his conversation. Jenny was going to use her boat for the highjacking with the help of her newfound friends. They would be leaving for their destination within the next few hours. Time is of the essence, so we must act quickly Sam if we have any prayer of helping Donald! Jenny’s sick plot was set into action and most likely organized by none other than the Loren the Lady in the Rug! Before arriving, Sam called the authorities to alert them as to what they would be doing in the next couple of minutes! The authorities responded and asked them not to do anything stupid as they were on their way. As they approached the parking area, Sam noticed Jenny and the pirates were walking towards a large van with Donald walking in front of one of the pirates who looked as if he had a gun pointed at Donald’s back. Sirens could be head in the background, Jenny saw Sam and Carol, and the pirates started running towards the van. Donald was thrown to the ground while Jenny looked at him and laughed being a true sociopath. At that point Donald got up from the ground, Sam and Carol were running towards the van with his gun pointed at the pirates, the authorities came driving in. Gun shots were fired, sirens blaring, helicopter in the air and massive confusion abounding! Two of the pirates were seriously shot, Donald tackled Jenny and held her on the ground, Sam and Carol detained the other pirates until the authority’s regained control of the situation.
The plot had been foiled and Donald Campbell was saved. All the parties went back to the police station and gave their accounting of what had happened and what was going to happen.
The following day Carol, Detective Sam Driscoll and Donald headed back home knowing that Loren the Lady in the Rug evil scheme had been foiled. Donald went back to his home in Deerfield where he had lived for many of years prior, knowing that his son Erin was responsible for saving his life. Old Aunt Jenny ended up in prison in Somali with a term of life imprisonment. Sam and Carol returned home, reflected on the past events, and tried to make sense of it al! Through out the whole incident Loren the Lady in the Rug had not been heard from! Sam was wondering when his days would no longer be partially occupied by that evil woman invading his mind, spirit and soul?
Sam gave Carol a big hug and thanked her for all the help she gave. Carol stood back, looked at Detective Sam Driscoll and said what will tomorrow bring Sam?
Thomas Hawthorne, Billy, Carol’s stalker and Zeta the Fortune Teller
In the case of Thomas Hawthorne Loren just plain did not like him because of his attitude and treatment of Francis Campbell. Loren liked Francis because of her gentle demenior and that she was the mother of Erin whom she had been with since his birth. No, Loren did not change Thomas into a sociopath or anything else. The treatment of Francis was good in the beginning of their relationship until his true nature surfaced. Loren the Lady in the Rug was going to protect those whom she favored and that did not include Thomas. Her best resolve was using her powers of witchcraft to displace Sam into a part of the universe that would have no bearing upon anyone. Therefore, good-bye Mr. Thomas Hawthorne and that was the end of it!
In the case of Billy, Loren did not like the way that he was accusing Erin of being responsible for the missing/vanishing people. She felt Billy was a threat to her, Erin and she would not tolerate that! Billy was getting to close to uncovering events surrounding the missing people. Loren didn’t like that and eliminated him so he couldn’t bother Loren, Erin, carol or anyone else in the future, unfortunate for Billy becoming the newest a causality of Loren. Nor did Loren change Billy into a sociopath! Her best resolve once again was to eliminate the threat and that was Billy. Therefore, good-bye Billy and once again that was the end of it!
In the case of Carol’s stalker, Loren the Lady in the Rug was only protecting Carol. Therefore, good-bye Stalker and once again that was the end of it!
She admired Carol for she had truly loved Erin and that put her on the top of the world. No, Loren had no intent of hurting Carol in light of the circumstances! That was then but now we have very different circumstances. Carol is trying to destroy Loren the Lady in the Rug along with Detective Sam Driscoll.
In the case of Zeta the Fortune Teller, Loran was once again threatened by her. What information would she relay to Erin whether true or not! She could not put herself at risk and would not take any chances. Loren liked it in within Erin’s mind, soul and sprit as she has been with Detective Sam Driscoll and wanted it to remain that way no matter what the cost. Therefore, good-bye Zeta and once again that was the end of it!
Unfortunately, for Loren the Lady in the Rug those were not the last words heard from Zeta the Fortune Teller!
Loren the Lady in the Rug admired Carol for she had truly loved Erin and that put her on the top of the world. No, Loren had no intent of hurting Carol in light of the circumstances! She has been so silent for the past several days and that was making Sam quite nervous!
Sam met Carol the following day to sort things out. How could things be sorted out when you are up against an unknown force within your own mind? Both were baffled as how to resolve this complex situation without Sam losing his mind and Carol being harmed by Loren the Lady in the Rug. Both Sam and Carol had no answers but needed resolve for themselves.
What was Loren up to? Was she so wicked that she would not leave them alone until it was too late for all? Sam felt for the first time that Carol was in imminent danger from Loren! Something had to be soon to dispose of this curse of Loren the Lady in the Rug and it had to be done right away. By this time Detective Sam Driscoll and Carol were extremely exhausted. Carol bid Sam goodnight and went home. Both Sam and Carol needed their rest for the following day would be full of unknown surprises for all including Loren the Lady in the Rug!
That night Carol had a visitor in her dream, someone that she had not met or could not remember ever meeting. The visitor was Zeta the Fortune Teller! Carol listen and do not be frightened. Loren the Lady in the Rug can hear most of Sam’s thoughts but not all of them and that is her only downfall that you could take advantage of! Therefore, I tell you to proceed with caution Carol! Sam’s physical being and life are at great risk, so I say once again proceed with caution with what I am about to tell you. A certain phrase will rid you of this evil person. It has to be said by Sam and Sam alone to work. Remember this phrase and relay it to Sam just prior to him repeating it to Loren the Lady in the Rug. It has to be said in a loud but commanding voice from within the body, soul and spirit of Detective Sam Driscoll and him alone! The phrase is Ellbegata’ Ellbegata’ Ellbegata’- Be Gone Oh Evil On - once this phrase has been said without Loren having any advanced warning she will be cast awayto
the evil place that she came from many years ago! Carol met Samthe following morning excited but very nervous which was understandable considering what she was about to undertake. Once again, Carol told Sam to listen and not speak. I will be telling you something, which is very important to your welfare Sam. Repeat this phrase exactly as I tell you and you will be rid of the Lady in the Rug once and for all! Repeat it in a very loud and commanding tone Detective Sam Driscoll. Sam looked perplexed but trusted Carol with is life and would do as she asked! We will have to work fast so Loren the Lady in the rug cannot read your mind as you are reciting this phrase! Are you ready Detective Sam Driscoll? Sam looked at Carol and knew what she wanted him to do. At my mark, which will be a wink of the eye, I will state the phrase and it is up to you to do the rest! They both regained their composure and Carol gave Sam a wink. Then said Ellbegata’ Ellbegata’ Ellbegata’- Be Gone Oh Evil One. Immediately Sam repeated the phrase in a loud and commanding voice one that Carol had never heard Sam speak before Ellbegata’ Ellbegata’ Ellbegata’- Be Gone Oh Evil One, at that point Loren the Lady in the Rug departed from Sam’s mouth in the form of amber colored smoke going to unknown places never to bother anyone again. Sam collapsed to the floor but with a smile upon his face! After a few minutes, Sam regained his composure got up from the floor and hugged Carol. Carol had a large beautiful smile upon her face also. Sam, we did it, we are still alive and have rid ourselves of that evil bitch. Joy overwhelmed the both of them. A lasting friendship had developed between the two of them. That following Saturday both Sam and Carol went to the cemetery where Erin was buried. They left flowers as a memorial and said prayers to Erin, his mother and all the others that had helped them in their quest to rid the world of Loren the Lady in the Rug.
